Mr. Pergolizzi experiences span in numerous industries and professions including but not limited to: Medical, Pharmaceutical Clinical Research and Drug Development Contract Research Implementation Organization (CRIO), High-Tech, Corporate and Construction. Mr. Pergolizzi has access to key opinion leaders (KOLs) and the most respected authorities in a wide range of medical fields to act as expert witnesses.
Through his relationships he is able to offer clients access to medical experts who are not only leaders in their chosen specialties but also are knowledgeable and adept in presenting medical -evidence- based materials gleaned systematic literature reviews, analyses, and their own studies to provide solid testimony. This unique access to world-class medical expert witnesses allows for an incomparable medical jurisprudence strategy to support client's positions. He volunteers as the Chairman of the Legal Committee & Board of Director for the American Academy of Medical Legal Professionals since 2008 a New York State Non-Profit Professional Organization fostering ethical relationships by disseminating research to both the medical and legal professions in the trauma field and credentialing qualified members to inform the public that its members are knowledgeable of trauma victims.
As a member, he frequently participates in the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Classes for attorneys in the area of Herniated Disc MRI's and Crash Dynamics, The Disc Seminar, Herniated Disc and the Role of MRI in Bodily Injury, Disc Pathology From Trauma, Spinal Biomechanical Engineering, The Disc Seminar Herniated-Bulging-Extruded-Protruded-Sequestered-Peer Review and IME Utilization and Abuses, Electrodiagnostic Testing and Trauma.
Additionally, Mr. Pergolizzi works as part of a team of consultants to the building industry and individual land owners on various construction issues involving compliance of construction projects with the laws, rules, regulations established by the State and City of New York, affecting licenses and permits by reviewing all documents for the development of block and lot projects in furtherance of determining the best and highest use with optional cost saving incentives.
